(Infobox - Executive Plan)

Introduction

Executive Plan of Infobox is one of HelloVoice Infobox service. Our system will provide a HelloVoice number and one unique HelloVoice email account (xxxxx@hellovoice.com) to the subscriber. This mailbox helps user to receive their voice, fax messages and email anytime, anywhere. (24 hours, 7 days).

-- HelloVoice Number

After user apply the service, he/she will get a unique HelloVoice number for his/her private use.

-- Capacity

User can maximum receive 25 pages or 180 seconds voice message. Total mailbox capacity is 15 mb.

-- Receive voice,fax, email

Executive plan user can receive voice, fax and email in their HelloVoice mailbox.

-- Message Notification - Mobile Phone

After user get message, our system will ring user's mobile for notify them to get their message from HelloVoice.

User can modify the notification schedule in order to suit their personal need.

-- Compose Fax on web

User can login HelloVoice infobox to edit their email and send this email to any local fax number. (This only apply for pure text format and cannot send out attachment)

-- Sent Email

User can send email to their friend on HelloVoice web site.

-- Forward message to other Email Address

User can forward their message to the other email address. Those forwarded messages will go to client's Trash folder automatically for 14 days and user will not get any mobile notification.

-- Telephone Access

User can retrieve their voice by telephone. For fax, user can use their fax machine dial to our access number to retreive their fax message through this fax machine. Also, they can set their mailbox profile such as telephone notification function.

-- Browser Access

User can use their HelloVoice number and password to login on web. Then, those received fax message will be saved as *.tif file.

User can view their fax on their imaging program, which installed with Windows. Also, voice message will be saved as *.wav file, which can be opened by Media Player program.
